Practicing for over 20 years, with much of this practice focused on estate planning, estate administration, trust establishment and administration, eldercare planning, business planning, and tax planning.

 

  Long-standing legal expertise and experience as trustee, currently administering and maintaining fiduciary responsibility for supplemental care, irrevocable, and/or settlement trusts.

 

    Trust related duties include administrative and discretionary duties relevant to trusts, i.e., making informed decisions as to the investment policy for trust assets, making distributive decisions relating to funds or purchases made on behalf of a primary beneficiary, etc., and, in general, managing trust assets so as to achieve a balance of conservation of trust principal and intelligent investment in order to maximize the return on the trust principal.
